**Effective Date: October 19, 2025** RADIANT PAINTS PTY LTD RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – FOR ONLINE SALES (PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE) ONLY In line with South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act), we provide this policy for online purchases. This ensures a fair process while accounting for the nature of our paint products. We offer a 14-day return window, which exceeds the minimum 7-day cooling-off period required under the ECT Act for electronic transactions. Please note that consumers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, as per legal standards. Custom or personalized products are exempt from the cooling-off period under the CPA. 1. We reserve the right to amend any pricing at any time at our discretion and specifically, without limitation, to correct any pricing errors. 2.2 Regardless of the price at which the relevant Product is listed on the website at the date of return, the full extent of our liability in respect of the return of that Product will, if the return is accepted, be limited to the price paid by you for the Product. 3.
